Register your business with Connecticut’s Job Central on-line system. Once you have gone through the simple registration process, you will be able to post your job openings on-line, search resumes and access other useful information for your business. You can also have a link to your company’s website so that applicants can apply to you directly on-line.
Added features to our electronic classified advertising are the Search for Resumes option which allows you to conduct custom searches based on individual qualifications and skills. The Resume Scout function will take your information and automatically match it with qualified job seekers. When matches are found, both you and the job seeker will receive notification via email. We offer assistance with Employer Recruitments. Many options are available to you for off-site recruitments. Use a CTWorks center, our Career Express Van, or for larger recruitments we have facilities available throughout the region to accommodate those needs as well. Another way to recruit is to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in the regional and mini job-fairs that we co-sponsor throughout the year.
