Organizational Structure
The Eastern CT region’s two (2) Councils of Government ~ the Southeastern CT Council of Governments (SCCOG), and the Northeastern CT Council of Government (NECCOG), appoint the volunteer EWIB Board of Directors. Private sector representatives maintain the majority of Board seats (as mandated by WIOA), with the remainder filled by representatives from state & regional agencies, organized labor, and local educational institutions.
