The Youth Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative is more than just a training program. It is a community of stakeholders who collaborate to deliver manufacturing training and career exploration opportunities to students in the 41-town region of Eastern CT. This includes manufacturing companies, workforce development, K-12 and postsecondary education partners, and others, all united by a commitment to prepare the next generation for careers in manufacturing.
