The Eastern CT Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative provides no-cost training to address the hiring needs of ELECTRIC BOAT (EB), members of the EASTERN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ALLIANCE (EAMA), and other manufacturers.
For JOBSEEKERS, it provides several options:

- online manufacturing training
- job search assistance

All Connecticut residents 18 or older who are authorized to work in the U.S. are eligible for the program. Residents of other states may be eligible if they are 18 or older, are authorized to work in the U.S., and were dislocated from an employer located in Connecticut or have a job offer from Electric Boat.
