Electric Boat’s workforce development organization develops programming to engage our future workforce, connecting talent to opportunity within Electric Boat and the submarine enterprise. We have developed exposure programming to connect students to high demand, high wage, high growth maritime manufacturing career opportunities. These programs are partnered within K-12 school districts across Connecticut & Rhode Island to create experiences at each grade level to leverage knowledge of manufacturing careers.
